Images from our visit to Cannon Hall

When we went to Cannon Hall we dressed up as poor Victorian children. We did all the activities that children in Victorian times played like skipping we did some chores like cleaning polishing cooking and we had a tour around the house. It was really great!

Cannon Hall was really good and we all learnt a lot. We enjoyed dressing up as Victorian children because it teaches you a lot like what they wore and how they did things. We made the food and it was nice we had, soup, bread rolls and apple crumble and some people had custard.

 The Y5s went to Cannon Hall, it was a very old and big house. Most people enjoyed playing with the toys because that was the most fun thing there. The kitchen was quite fun too. There was a lot of activities there. Most were fun!

We went on a trip to Cannon Hall dressed as Victorians. We worked as slaves like they would in Victorian times there were lots of different activities for us to do like laundry polishing working in the larder and coking it was great fun

Lily and George think cannon hall was really good and we enjoyed the jobs. George enjoyed cooking the soup the best and Lily enjoyed cutting the vegetables for the soup and we enjoyed the soup and the bread and the apple crumble with custard. We also liked the laundry as well.

 Dore primary school went on a trip to Cannon Hall they did several activities.
In playing there was skipping, bowling, whip a top, yoyo, ring toss and Jacobs ladder. Skipping was the most popular even Mr Stewart and Mrs France had a go.
